Injury. 2018 Jun;49(6):1208-1214Seven studies were included in this meta-analysis which compared outcomes between arthroscopic reduction and percutaneous fixation (ARPF) and open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF). From pooled estimates, significant differences in favour of ARPF included a shorter length of hospital stay, lower incidence of complications, greater range of motion, and greater Rasmussen scores.
