48 adults with a brachial plexus avulsion who had experienced moderate to severe pain for at least 18 months received THC oral spray, THC+CBD oral spray, or placebo in a randomized order. The primary outcome was the average pain in the past week pain on an 11-point numeric rating scale (NRS). Secondary outcomes included sleep quality, the McGill Pain Questionnaire, Pain Disability Index, General Health Questionnaire, intoxication, and adverse effects. Pain and sleep improved significantly, but the improvements were small and likely not clinically meaningful.
