50 patients with idiopathic frozen shoulder were randomized to either arthroscopic capsular release or hydrodilitation under fluoroscopy. Primary outcome was function on the Oxford Shoulder Score, while secondary outcomes included health-related quality of life and shoulder range of motion. Follow-up was scheduled for 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months. Results demonstrated significantly greater OSS, range of forward elevation, and range of external rotation in the ACR group compared to the HD group.
