Clin Orthop Relat Res. 2018 Nov;476(11):2169-2173. doi: 10.1097130 patients scheduled for cementless total hip arthroplasty were randomized to femoral preparation with either robotic milling assistance or manual hand rasping. No patient in either group required revision or demonstrated evidence of aseptic loosening.
