Investigational anti-inflammatory, OMS103HP, provides excellent results for ACLR
Arthroscopy. 2008 Jun;24(6):625-36.

35 patients undergoing allograft reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament were randomized to arthroscopic irrigation using either OMS103HP or a vehicle solution, assessing OMS103HP's effect on early postoperative function. At 30 day follow up, OMS103HP provided significantly improved postoperative knee motion, quadriceps and hamstring muscle strength, knee function and earlier return to work.
