No differences in conventional and computer navigated ACL reconstruction

5 randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trials were identified that compared early clinical results of computer navigated and conventional anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction methods at 24-28 months. Results indicated there were no significant differences in primary outcomes including pivot shift test, Lachman test, IKDC, Lysholm and Tegner outcomes between the two groups.
