Navigated total knee arthoplasty results in significant improvements in implant alignment

This meta-analysis and systematic review identified 23 randomized controlled trials which compared navigated to conventional total knee arthroplasty for improving implant alignment. From these 23 studies, a total of 2541 patients were identified. An analysis of results revealed that navigated total knee arthroplasty achieved significant improvements in implant alignment compared to conventional treatment.
