21 studies were included this meta-analysis comparing computer assisted surgery (CAS) and nonnavigated TKA. A total of 2333 knees were identified, in which 1225 knees were in the computer-navigated group and 1108 were in the conventional TKA group. Results indicated that computer-navigated TKA was associated with a significantly longer mean operation time. Over 6 months, there were no significant differences between the two groups in knee function and complication rates.
