COA: Similar QoL with patellar, quadruple hamstring & double-bundle hamstring tendon ACLR
330 anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction patients were randomized to undergo the procedure either with patellar tendon (PT), quadruple hamstring (HT), or double-bundle hamstring tendon (DB) autografts. The 2 year study showed similar patient-reported disease-specific quality of life and International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) grading. PT group, however, had lower KT side to side differences, while HT and DB autografts had a greater number of traumatic re-ruptures. A-traumatic graft failures were similar across all groups.
