The current systematic review and meta analysis was conducted to determine whether a computer-assisted technique in total knee arthroplasty increased the precision of prosthesis placement, and consequently, better radiographic outcomes. The overall findings of this analysis indicated that computer assisted surgery had few advantages over conventional surgery when strictly radiographic endpoints were considered.
