Orthop Traumatol Surg Res. 2015 Jun;101(4):461-8

26 studies were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis analyzing the alignment outcomes of patient-specific instrumented knee arthroplasty (TKA) as compared to conventional methods. The results of the study indicated that there was no significant difference in the number of outliers with greater than 3-degrees deviation from a neutral mechanical axis in comparing results between TKA completed with patient-specific versus conventional instrumentation.
