Comparable clinical outcomes with arthroscopic single or double-row suture anchor repair
Am J Sports Med. 2007 Aug;35(8):1254-60. Epub 2007 Jun 660 patients with large or massive rotator cuff tears were randomized to undergo one of two surgical procedures for rotator cuff repair. One group underwent a single-row suture anchor technique while the second group underwent a double-row suture anchor technique. Results at the 2-year follow-up indicated comparable clinical outcomes between the single-row and double-row suture anchor techniques.
