34 patients undergoing revision total knee arthroplasty were randomized to either hybrid fixation, with cemented femoral components and cemented tibial baseplates with press-fit stems, or all-cement fixation. The purpose of this study was to compare three-dimensional component micromotion and functional outcome between groups over a 2-year follow-up. No significant differences in component translation, component rotation, or outcome on the Knee Society score were observed between groups.
