Comparing intraarticular levobupivacaine infusion vs. control for pain in TKA
J Orthop. 2016 Sept;13(3):119-22

57 patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty were randomized to be treated postoperatively with either a 48-hour intra-articular infusion of levobupivacaine or control. The purpose of this study was to assess if IA levobupivacaine was effective for reducing postoperative pain and narcotic consumption.
