40 patients scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were randomized to one of two procedures using different computer navigation tools. One groups using Stryker full navigation system and the other using Stryker articular surface mounted (ASM) navigation system. Assessments at one year postoperatively indicate that there were no differences in component alignment of functional outcomes.
