9 randomized controlled trials were included in this meta-analysis to determine the effects of NexGen Legacy Posterior Stabilized high-flexion prosthesis on range of motion and functional outcomes as compared to NexGen standard prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty patients. The study found that the LPS-flex prosthesis provided greater postoperative range of motion (ROM) without any differences in complications, radiographic outcome and clinical functional scores.
