ISAKOS2017: Knee stability in IR of SB ACLR plus anterolateral ligament reconstruction vs. DB ACLR
40 patients scheduled for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were randomized to either single-bundle reconstruction with additional anterolateral ligament reconstruction or to double-bundle reconstruction. internal rotation laxity was measured intraoperatively. No significant difference between groups was noted in internal rotation laxity at the completion of the procedure.
