No difference between patellar and hamstring tendon autograft in ACL recon at 15 yrs
Am J Sports Med. 2016 Jan;44(1):83-9065 patients scheduled for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction were randomized to undergo the procedure with either a patellar tendon autograft or hamstring tendon autograft. Clinical outcome measures and knee laxity were assessed at 15 years postoperatively. No statistically significant differences between groups were observed for any outcome measured.
